Did a great job unplugging my seriously slow kitchen drain. I appreciated first phone contact when I spoke to a real person. She explained about service answered questions and told me cost up front. Service person came on time. He also explained everything about what he would and how and again told cost. Friendly, efficient service. Did a great job and my drain is flowing freely.
Fast, friendly service
It's been a journey, they came out for a backed up bath tub, ended up pulling a toilet to locate the Septic, they pumped it and a month later it happened again. Later a second pump and a locate on the d box. The d box turned out to be collapsed and the pipe between the tank and it had also collapsed. Its been about $2200 dollars all said and done (2 pumps, 1 septic locate, 1 d box locate, and a dig up and pipe replacement) and 2 months. Maybe the most stressful, and costly moments of my life but it's behind me and with a wedding coming up in 2 months its a weight of my shoulders. They were great at working through any challenges and Bertha is a gem, Jonathan too.

I recommend this company and their service! Johnathan cleaned out our blockage in less than 5 minutes- WOW!!!!! He ran the jet cleaner from the septic drain clean-out, which is ok but I later asked that they come back and clean out the line from the septic. I called Bertha and she was great! Jonathan came back the the same day I made the request, accessed the septic tank, removed the baffle and did a thorough cleaning of the line at no extra cost. VERY seldom do you find a company willing to satisfy their customers requests. We are a customer for life. Many thanks to both Jonathan & Bertha!
Wonderful company and service! We were given a 2 hour window and they showed up within that time. Great work, had no problems communicating with the owner and worker. Fixed our issues quicker than previous companies I've used. I would recommend Best Jet 110%.

Best Jet are the BEST! They came to empty our tank, found there was another problem. Jonathan dug thru DRY clay, found the problem (there since the installation 21 years ago - NOT done by Best Jet) and made it right - MUCH better all the way around than we had! Wonderful people. Competent. Personable. Definitely recommend!

These guys know their craft. They responded quickly, was upfront with all cost, even tried methods of saving us money. The team was polite and respectful. We had a very dated tank, that was more complicated than most & hard to access, but their skills were fully capable and handled the issue. Should have called them sooner and save us some time, money and pain.

The drivers called ahead of their arrival to share their ETA. Once on site they preformed the septic clean out quick and professionally.
I noticed that my septic tank riser had collapsed. Probably due to me riding a large zero turn lawn mower over it for a few years. I called Best Jet on a Saturday and they scheduled me for Monday morning. No other septic service companies even answered the phone. Johnathan (the tech on site) was excellent and on time. Even called me 30 minutes before arrival to tell me his ETA. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was courteous and professional. Within a couple of hours he was done and we back to normal. I’m happy to recommend them all to anyone I know.

Had a very good experience with these guys. They were knowledgeable, helped me problem solve, and were the quickest to respond when I had an emergency. When they came out the guys were very nice and helpful. They left saying “Happy Flushing!” I wanted to leave a nice review for them.

Bertha, Craig, Jimmy, Kevin, and Johnathan all great people friendly, helpful, and very professional. Their rates are the most reasonable I have encountered since I have moved to NWA. I use to have the numbers of a couple of big local plumbers that service NWA in my contacts list. Now I only have one and that is these folk. In my opinion if you need help with your plumbing you should call Best Jet Sewer & Drain. Thank you Best Jet or helping me so quicking.
These people went out of their way to get to our septic. They backed down our curvy road , a half mile, to clean out our septic tank. They were very nice about it the whole time.

Johnathan did a great job repairing the inlet and outlet. She showed me the broken pipes before replacing and he showed me the better pipes he installed compared to the ones he removed. I had another issue and Craig diagnosed it over the phone and it was something I could do which saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

They were friendly and kept me in the loop about each step and the price, pumped our septic tank, unblocked a pipe and gave us granules to treat the tank for a full year at a price equal to 2 months of ridx. We called on a Friday, got an appointment for Tuesday and they called Monday to come early bc rain was in the forecast. 10/10 recommend!!!
Buddy was so professional and knowledgeable, he was also very friendly. Great guys. I called on a Monday and got an appointment on Wednesday morning. Everywhere else was a week and a half out and wanted atleast $100 more than Best Jet. Awesome company. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to my friends and family!
My toilets would not flush, and so I called Best Jet. Jimmy and Calvin came a few hours later with Best Jet's pump truck. They pumped out a full septic tank which had not been pumped in ten years, and they replaced a cracked line in the main pipe. They showed me the the problem, and how they would fix this every step of the way. They were professional and nice. I will call them again.
These guys are the best! They were here within hours, pumped our septic, and told us what needed to be done to fix the problem on our very old tank. The next day they were back and fixed our issue for a VERY reasonable price.
My parents were having an issue with their sewer system. They were told they had to have a whole new system installed for anywhere from $6000 to $15,000 right now even though it was obvious that the sewer tank had not failed Best Jet came out the next day, dug up the lateral line, found the problem and repaired it for $365 which included bacteria to add to the tank monthly for the next 12 months. We do know they will need a new system at some point but it’s working fine now and we have staved off of a rather large bill. Happy customers!!

The men from Best Jet came out yesterday driving a nice new pumping truck. They looked over the site and determined the best route to stretch out hose. They got busy, hooked the hoses up and pumped out tank. Very professional, will use them again

We have never had a septic tank before, so when we noticed there was an issue with ours we had no idea what to do. We called and spoke with Craig who answered all my questions over the phone, and then had Johnny on site with us within a few hours of my calling. Johnny was knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful. He fixed our problem, answered even more of my questions, and explained the different parts of our septic system to me as well as how to maintain it going forward. I am extremely greatful to everyone at Best Jet Septic, and should we ever have another problem with our septic tank they are absolutely the people I will call. Best Jet gave us great service. They stayed well after dark, working late to get our septic tank working again quickly. These guys really know what they are doing. And, they were kind enough to take the time to educate us more about our septic system to prevent future problems.
